Life Care Planning for the Elderly Client: Fundamentals & Practice
Sponsored by the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association, Life Care Planning for the Elderly Client: Fundamentals & Practice gives attorneys the tools and knowledge needed to launch a new Life Care Planning law practice or to transition an existing asset-focused law practice to a Life Care Planning law practice.
Focusing on all aspects of life care planning for elders through the Elder Care Continuum, this unique program includes one and a half days of instruction. Programs begin at 1:30 p.m. on Friday and conclude at 5 p.m. on Saturday.
The program is presented either by Tim Takacs and staff members of the Elder Law Practice of Timothy L. Takacs including the firm's Elder Care Coordinators, or by other Elder Law Attorneys who are members of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association.
Reservations are on a first-come, first-paid basis.Tuition includes all course materials, including the complete Life Care Plan System on CD developed by and used in the office of the Elder Law Practice of Timothy L. Takacs.
