Interdisciplinary Life Care Planning Concepts
This conference is designed to bring non-legal professionals and staff members into the Life Care Planning process. The program’s main focus is to explain the Life Care Planning model to staff in a way that allows them to actively participate with lawyers in implementing the model described during the two-day lawyer's program. It includes a discussion of fundamental concepts, sessions on practical issues which confront non-legal professionals and staff, and breakout sessions where non-legal professionals and staff can share ideas. Marketing and related issues will also be covered. The goal is to assist in building a team which is empowered to pursue an elder-centered practice model.

The program is intended to meet the training needs of persons who have participated in the Life Care Planning program.
