Workshop Feedback

I wanted to thank you again for your insights and for sharing the structure you have put in place. It was very valuable and I'll look forward  to the session you are planning for staff.  Pennsylvania Attorney, January 2007

I want to thank you, David and Patsy again for a very valuable weekend in Philadelphia.  I greatly appreciate that the three of you are so willing to share your knowledge and experience.  I also appreciate that you are so open about all areas of your practice, including fee structures, staffing decisions and salaries. I have been thinking about all of the information you presented, and evaluating ways to incorporate your systems into my practice.  I know my practice and my clients will benefit. Pennsylvania Attorney, January 2007

Tim, thanks again for the program.  I am so impressed with the detail and organization of your presentation and materials, which no doubt lead to better care for your clients. Both Saturday night and as I traveled home Sunday my head was happily swimming with ideas and plans, and in my opinion that is the hallmark of a successful conference. Now, back to plans for budgeting which will allow me to hire that GCM... Thanks again. Ohio Attorney, December 2006

Thank you very much for the excellent presentation that you gave to the New Jersey attorneys. I am excited by the concepts and look forward to integrating them into my practice. Until next time... New Jersey Attorney, July 2006

I greatly appreciate you coming to San Antonio. We've had nothing but positive feedback from the participants. The seminar was terrific. Texas Attorney, March 2006

I have attended Tim's program, visited his office with my staff and taken my care coordinator to the multidisciplinary program that was in Nashville.  The concept is essentially a paradigm shift that entails the law firm being the the coordinator for all of the services that the elder clients need.  I follow his practice model very closely and it is without a doubt the most rewarding thing that I have ever done. Georgia Attorney, March 2007

Tim's practice model is a holistic approach to elder law.  I've attended his seminar, visited his office, and have taken my staff to one of his training weekends.  I have been taking my elder law practice towards this holistic approach for several years now.  It takes a leap of faith at first because of the supposition:  "If you build it they will come."  It's a different approach to practicing elder law and involves a multidisciplanary attitude done within house.  That means, you should probably hire an in-house care coordinator to work with the families and evaluate your client for you. I would recommend his intro to anyone who "thinks" this is the way of the future for elder law practitioners and wants more information.  He's on the forefront and been doing this for a long time.  While his exact practice model might not work for everyone, it affords everyone with the tools they need to make the holistic practace their own without spending a lot of time reinventing the approach.  Illinois Attorney, March 2007
